One résumé to maintain. A tailored version for every application.

Most people keep one résumé and mangle it for every job — cutting a bullet here, padding a section there, losing track of which copy they sent where. zmresume flips that. You maintain one complete Full Source résumé — everything you've ever done, in one place — and spin off targeted variations for each role, each audience, each application. Edit the source once; every variation stays in sync with the truth.

How it works

1. Build your Full Source. Add your experience, projects, skills, and education once. Import an existing résumé — PDF, DOCX, or pasted text — and our AI parses it into clean, editable structure. Your Full Source is private, always. It's the master copy nobody sees but you.

2. Create variations. For each application, generate a variation that shows only what matters for that role. Reorder, relabel, and hide sections and individual items per variation — without touching the source. Describe the job in plain language and let the AI tailor a first cut for you to refine.

3. Share on your terms. Publish a variation at a clean public URL, or keep it locked behind a passphrase, a one-time link, or an email invite — with viewer or editor access, seat limits, and expiry. See who's viewed it. Revoke anytime.

4. Edit live, together. Invite a coach or collaborator and edit in real time, with presence and instant sync.

Built to be fast and to last

zmresume runs on a modern, boring-in-the-best-way stack: Next.js on Vercel, Postgres on Neon, realtime via Pusher, transactional email via Resend, and AI powered by Anthropic Claude. Sign in with email, Google, or GitHub. Your data is yours — we don't sell it, and your Full Source is never shared.
